Wedding Day Ringlets

Eva Longoria HairstyleIf you'd love to have ringlets for yourself or your bridesmaid for your big day bear the following tips in mind.

1. Wash your hair the day before but don't apply conditioner as it will make your hair too soft to curl.

2. On the day, give your hair some hold by running the mousse through it from root to tip.

3. Taking a section at a time, brush it, spritz with hairspray, then wind tightly around a hot roller. Repeat, then leave to cool,

4. Spritz on hairspray before unravelling the hair.

5. Take each curled section, wrap it round your fingers and pin into curls on top of your head with the hair grips.

Leave for as long as possible before removing the grips and shaking out your beautiful ringlets.

Mischa Barton UpDoSmooth hair over to one side and scoop it back into two ponytails on top of each other, at the back of your head - one just below the crown area and the other one an inch above your hairline.

Spray both ponytails with a good amount of hairspray, then split each one in two so you have four tails in your hands. Next, wrap each one around your finger in a golf-ball sized loop and grip it to your head.

Once all four are gripped, arrange them into a nice pattern and finish with a sexy, glam hair grip.

In the film Keira's hair has a side-parting set in waves. To achieve this look at home, first apply a good styling product to help set the style. Try Trevor Sorbie Curl Cream.

Begin when your hair is 90 per cent dry, which will help set it in place and prevent overdrying.

Make a side parting and take a section of hair about the width of a thumb - the larger the section, the softer the wave.

Place the tongs on top of your hair and wrap the hair around the tongs upwards and out rather than curling the hair down and under as you would normally do.

Let it get hot, remove the tongs, then pin it in place, which will set the waves.

Work in similar sections down the length of your hair, pinning each section as you go.

Once finished, remove the pins and mist with spray to keep the style in place. Try a Freshen And Shine Spray or use the BaByliss PRO Triple Barrel Waver.
